This is my go to mayo recipe with a little bit of foodjitsu thrown in.
Get all your ingredients out to make sure everything is at room temperature.
Get out Kitchen Aid with Wisk attachment
Place all ingredients except for avocado oil in the bowl and whisk on high for 30 seconds until it's a bright yellow color.
Slowly add oil, a little bit at a time while the Kitchen Aid is on high. Stop when you have a thick mixture.
