  • 12 sausages of your choice


  1. Set up your Bradley Smoker. If this is your first time using it make sure it's seasoned. That usually takes about and hour.

  2. Bring your Bradley Smoker up to temperature.

  3. One smoker comes up to temp, place sausages on the rack and place inside the smoker.

  4. Smoke sausage until the internal temp is up tp 155 F. Then remove sausages and place in a container and cover with foil. This lets them rest for about 20 minutes and then enjoy.
