$125 for a 60 minute private lesson

Personalized instruction for the student on the specifics of what the need to work on in the art of the choice, programed for the goals that they would like to achieve with the convenience of being able to train anywhere. Great option for people who are not local.

$50/hr.

Seminars (BJJ and Muay Thai, and Self Defense for Kids or Adults)

Description: 2 hours seminar/workshop on the subject matter of your choice. Kids seminar is one hour.

$500 minimum plus travel and stay for a 2 hours adult seminar.

Consulting (teaching strategies and program design for kids and adult programs)

Description: Going over teaching strategies and program design for the academy. This also includes guest teaching and shadowing instructors and giving them feedback.

$100/hr. plus travel in person

$50/hr. over phone or Zoom

Teaching Workshops

Description: Kristen DeBruycker’s Lil Cobras Teaching System. In this workshop we go over teaching tactics and curriculum to help you run a better Children’s martial arts program.

$500 minimum for host gym plus $100 per person
