It’s summer time and that means it’s summer camp time! Last year I did the summer camp every week. This time I’m only doing 5 weeks and I’m super pumped about it. The first week went great. The kids had an awesome time and we focused on healthy lifestyle and fitness. We worked on movement, goal setting, nutrition, and the one punch man challenge. This was also the start of our new Lil Cobras class which is our 4-8-year-olds. It was an awesome week and I can’t wait till the next one.
