So the first week of my Whole30 is almost in the books and I’ve had some friends and family who were asking me questions about the Whole30 and tips for being successful. So I decided to help everyone out a create a list of resources that I have used in the past to help me with my Whole30. I hope you all find this useful.

I know that we all have lives. We are busy with work, families, etc. Not all of us have the time to plan out our meals, go grocery shopping, cook everything for the week while constantly worrying whether the food is Whole30 compliant. This is where meal prep services come in.

This Whole30 I have been using Territory Foods and I have been very happy with their services. I have used them before when I was running the summer camp for kids and did not have the time to cook. I decided to try them again for this January Whole30 when I saw that they had Whole30 approved meal options.

The food is tasty, there is a lot of variety, and it is delivered to your door. And the best part is that I don’t have to wonder what I’m going to eat that day. So if you want to take the guesswork out of your Whole30 I highly recommend Territory Foods.

Sometimes you want a snack and you go to the grocery store to try and find Whole30 approved snacks and you have no idea which ones. That why I shop at Thrive Market. Thrive combines the prices of Costco, selection of a health food store with the convenience of online shopping. They have a huge Paleo selection and a specific Whole30 approved Starter Kit. Thrive is a great way to do your Whole30 shopping so you are prepared this month.

There is a ton of Whole30 recipes out there. Pinterest, Blogs, and Youtube. There are only a few that are Whole30 approved and my personal favorite recipes come from Nom Nom Paleo. I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle Tam at a book signing last year when she released her new book Ready or Not?

She is super nice and her recipes are awesome and easy to prepare. I especially love her app which features a meal plan and shopping list. So if you’re looking for some great recipes to cook I highly recommend anything by Nom Nom Paleo.

I hope this helps you out and good luck on your Whole30!
