One of the big questions I get all the time is what do you teach the kids? Or what does your day typically look like? I’ll try to start sharing what I teach every week. I will try to give a more detailed description next week. Hopefully, you can have a glimpse into my life. For my martial arts instructor friends or gym owners, maybe this will inspire you and give you some ideas for teaching your students. If you ever have any questions don’t ever hesitate to leave a comment or email me.
